About The Position
The Home Health Registered Nurse Rover provides skilled, compassionate care throughout the CNHHS service area which could include any of the 14 Cherokee Nation counties. This flexible role supports our clinical team by completing patient visits, admissions, and urgent coverage needs across multiple territories to ensure seamless, high-quality home based care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Oklahoma
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing
- Strong clinical judgement
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and patient needs
