About The Position

Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital - Fairhill is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Cleveland, Ohio. The role is full-time, with day and night shifts available. Day shifts run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; night shifts run from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The pay range is $40–$50 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour for nights and $3 per hour for weekends. Requirements

Valid state RN license.
BLS certification required at hire.

BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred.
Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive admissions and/or transfers.
Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
Document care accurately and in a timely manner using EPIC.
Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
Promote continuous quality improvement.
Instruct and counsel patients and families.
