Rock Creek Care Center is looking for a Full-Time RN for our Desk Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Requirements
- Current and in good standing RN license in the State of California
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the nursing team during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, provide direct nursing care, and respond promptly to changes in status.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and charting in accordance with professional standards.
- Support and mentor CNAs and LVNs, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance throughout your shift.
