Rock Creek Care Center is looking for a Full-Time RN for our Desk Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Requirements

  • Current and in good standing RN license in the State of California
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the nursing team during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions, provide direct nursing care, and respond promptly to changes in status.
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and charting in accordance with professional standards.
  • Support and mentor CNAs and LVNs, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance throughout your shift.
