About The Position

Ascension at Home, Together with Compassus, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery and their ability to stay at home, enabling them to spend quality time with loved ones and engage in enjoyable activities. Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Home health experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
