About The Position
Northland Health Centers is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support smooth, high-quality patient care in an onsite clinic setting. In this role, you’ll help keep visits on track by coordinating the flow of care and partnering closely with providers. Key responsibilities include assisting with patient care, scheduling and rooming support for examinations, managing referrals and appointments, and handling a range of reception/office tasks such as documentation follow-up and ordering supplies.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure from the North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Strong organization and communication skills to manage competing priorities and patient needs
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care
- Scheduling and rooming support for examinations
- Manage referrals and appointments
- Handle reception/office tasks
- Documentation follow-up
- Ordering supplies
- Reviewing the day's schedule and prepping for patient arrivals
- Patient-facing moments and behind-the-scenes coordination
- Collaboration with providers and front-desk teammates
- Fitting in last-minute needs
- Keeping information organized
- Making sure the clinic stays stocked and ready
- Closing out loose ends from the day
