About The Position
Schuyler Ridge is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility committed to delivering resident-centered care with compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. Recently renovated from top to bottom, our modernized facility empowers staff with improved workspaces, upgraded equipment, and thoughtfully designed units that support both patient outcomes and professional satisfaction. We are hiring RNs for part-time roles across all shifts. Schuyler Ridge is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents by focusing on capabilities rather than limitations, and this philosophy extends to supporting our colleagues. The facility offers specialized units including Sub-Acute Rehabilitation for short-term recovery with manageable patient loads, Long-Term Care (LTC) divided into smaller, neighborhood-style units for meaningful resident relationships, and a dedicated Memory Care Unit for residents with dementia, staffed by teams trained in dementia best practices.
Requirements
- Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program
- Compassion, accountability and a commitment to patient-centered care
Responsibilities
