Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient assessment, and post-operative care
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical messaging platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to orthopedic and spine patients in both clinical and surgical settings
• Assist with patient assessments, education, and post-operative care
• Manage patient messages and communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Coordinate surgical scheduling, pre-operative preparations, and post-operative follow-up
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and care plans
• Support clinic operations by managing patient flow and ensuring adherence to protocols
