Schuyler Ridge is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility committed to delivering resident-centered care with compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. Recently renovated from top to bottom, our modernized facility empowers staff with improved workspaces, upgraded equipment, and thoughtfully designed units that support both patient outcomes and professional satisfaction. Schuyler Ridge offers specialized units including Sub-Acute Rehabilitation for short-term recovery with manageable patient loads, Long-Term Care (LTC) in calm, supportive neighborhood-style units, and a dedicated Memory Care Unit for residents with dementia, staffed by teams trained in dementia best practices. The facility emphasizes a philosophy of putting residents before anything else, focusing on capabilities rather than limitations to enhance quality of life and accommodate individual preferences. Requirements
- Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program
- Compassion, accountability and a commitment to patient-centered care
