About The Position

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the adult residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our patients in our Bloomington, MN skilled nursing facility location, Martin Luther Care Center TCU and LTC! Nursing schedule includes; 64 hours in two weeks, Day shift, Every other weekend. Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Requirements

Current MN RN license or by start date
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
(3 week grace period for BLS)

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
