About The Position
Join our Home Dialysis team as a Registered Nurse and provide specialized care to hospitalized patients with kidney disease. In this role, you’ll complete hospital and home visits, assist with acute dialysis as needed, and work closely with patients receiving peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis. Travel to patient homes is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
- RN licensure to practice in the states of MN and IA within 3 months of hire
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Responsibilities
- Complete hospital and home visits.
