Requirements

• Active RN license
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to multitask without losing your mind
• Someone who can stay calm when six call lights go off at once
• Team player with a good sense of humor and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience preferred (but we’ll train the right nurse)
• Can chart while answering three questions at once
• Know every resident’s favorite snack
• Can find missing telemetry leads instantly
• Have ever said “I was just about to sit down” before chaos started

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team during the shift
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Handle admissions, discharges, and physician communication
• Supervise LPNs and STNAs
• Document accurately and timely
• Keep residents safe, comfortable, and cared for
