About The Position

The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Registered Nurse to work in its Skilled Nursing Facility in Watertown, Wisconsin. The RN is responsible for identifying, providing for, and accepting responsibility for residents’ total nursing needs. This includes nursing practice activities such as assessments, medication administration and monitoring, and documentation, while ensuring person-centered care. The position is part-time at 0.3 NOC and may include 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotation as scheduled. Pay is $35.50–$45.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin or actively pursuing an RN degree.
Active CPR certification.
Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, including medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in condition.
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff while coordinating and delegating care in compliance with regulations, safety, and infection prevention standards.
Supervise nursing staff and manage staffing, assignments, supplies, and resources.
Support quality improvement through incident investigations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and other assigned duties.
Provide for residents’ total nursing needs, including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, and documentation, while ensuring person-centered care.
