They focus on personalized, in-home care for those who have dedicated their careers to these vital roles, serving patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. Giving Home Health Care is a fast-growing, leading provider. The company is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in the Sealy, TX area to administer patient care according to a physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence, requiring 12 hours a week with flexible shifts. Requirements
- Active RN license (State or Compact)
- 1+ year of RN experience (clinical or home health)
- CPR certification
- TB test (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Follow physician-prescribed care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vitals
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, and Case Managers
- Document care accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform various activities associated with daily living
