About The Position
Performs community nursing services in public health clinics, schools, community centers and homes. The main area of responsibility will be communicable disease investigations and STI clinics. May also assist with TB program and Immunizations events as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree with four years' experience or BSN required
- Current Indiana RN License required
- CPR Certification
- Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation
- Must have good communication skills
- Pre-employment background check required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in public health a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
