About The Position
Independence Plus is expanding its specialized home nursing division and is hiring Registered Nurses (RN). Our nurses receive training in caring for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, including ventilator skills. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in patients' lives through one-on-one home healthcare. Nurses are compensated for clinical and ventilator training upon completion of their first independent shift and scheduling of two additional shifts.
Requirements
- Current IL Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized home nursing care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients.
- Learn and utilize ventilator skills.
- Provide one-on-one home healthcare.
- Participate in clinical and ventilator training.
