Registered Nurse (RN) - BH - On Site - Bonus
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care that supports patients’ recovery and promotes long-term wellness. The nurse educates patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans. The role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This is an in-person position with full-time and part-time options; the overview specifies full-time night shift work and pay of $30–$40 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN or associate degree.
- Proven nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required within one year of employment.
- Excellent understanding of medical protocols and emergency care procedures.
- Knowledge of sanitation, decontamination, and infection control practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
- Highly organized, with exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, compassionate, and committed to continuous professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions to deliver personalized and effective care.
- Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting changes to the medical team promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create and implement care plans.
- Perform routine nursing tasks, such as blood pressure checks, injections, and chart documentation.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic care environment, including sanitizing equipment and preparing patient areas.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies.
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants as needed.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and continuing education to stay current on best practices.
