About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide radiology nursing care in its MRI and CT services. The role calls for evidence-based nursing practice, professionalism, and a commitment to improving the patient care experience while working with a healthcare team. This is a full-time evening position, scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., primarily Monday through Friday, with some rotating holiday coverage. The position requires on-site presence, and employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- New York State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association.
- At least 1 year of med-surg experience.
Nice To Haves
- Prior radiology experience.
- Prior critical care experience.
