About The Position
Schuyler Ridge is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility committed to delivering resident-centered care with compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. Recently renovated from top to bottom, our modernized facility empowers staff with improved workspaces, upgraded equipment, and thoughtfully designed units that support both patient outcomes and professional satisfaction. We offer specialized units including Sub-Acute Rehabilitation for short-term recovery with manageable patient loads, Long-Term Care (LTC) divided into neighborhood-style units for calm environments and strong team support, and a dedicated Memory Care Unit for residents with dementia, staffed by teams trained in dementia best practices. Our commitment is to resident-centered care, and we extend a similar philosophy to supporting our colleagues with opportunities for advancement, comprehensive orientation, and a focus on quality of life.
Requirements
- Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program
- Compassion, accountability and a commitment to patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs

- Implementing care plans
- Evaluating outcomes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care on our Sub-Acute Rehab and Skilled Nursing units.
