About The Position

Mattoon Rehab and Healthcare is seeking health care rockstars to join their team as a Registered Nurse | RN. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The Registered Nurse | RN will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
