About The Position
Dependable Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team serving the Anthem, New River, and North Phoenix communities . Requirements
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and report changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and family members on disease management and care needs
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
