Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
About The Position
Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) for the night shift. LBHH is a newly opened (July, 2018) 126-bed, inpatient psychiatric hospital, operating as a joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services. The facility offers services across various units including a general adult unit, a dedicated adolescent unit, a psychiatric-medical unit for co-occurring disorders, an intensive adult unit for severe conditions, and a women’s trauma unit. The hospital aims to provide a safe and supportive environment that prioritizes patient care and values the nursing profession. Nurses at LBHH are part of a nationwide network, offering opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career advancement through programs like Charge, Supervisor, and Nurse Manager-in-training, and a nursing executive tract. Requirements
- A valid State of Pennsylvania Nursing (RN) (Registered Nurse) License is required
- CPR certification is required upon hire and will be provided at orientation if needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience is helpful but not required
