About The Position

Traditions of Chillicothe, a skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community, is seeking LPNs and RNs to join their team. They are looking for individuals who share the vision of advancing better living and care for seniors. The community is owned and operated by National Church Residences, a leading provider of senior housing and healthcare services.

Requirements

An Ohio Nursing Licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
1-2 years nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise, provide and direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Assign nursing assistants and ensure the efficient completion of their assignments.
Communicate professionally and effectively.
Document resident information timely, accurately and confidentially.
Adhere to the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Rights documentation.
Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined under the Safety & Compliance policies and procedures.
