About The Position

Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care for a group of patients assigned based on matching patients’ needs with the nurse’s competencies. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned. This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Proficient in using computer software, including electronic patient records.
• Possess a current Nurse Permit.
• Have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire from ARC or AHA; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Depending on the department hired, required courses or completions may include ACLS/TNCC, PALS/ENPC, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., Fetal Monitoring, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. Refer to the applicable STAFF RN job description for requirements and grace periods.
