Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift | Baldwin State Prison | $41–$46/hr Baldwin State Prison | Hardwick, GA Full-Time | DayShift 7:00 AM - 5 PM | 10-hour shifts | 32 hours/week | Every Other Weekend Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of mental health and medical services to the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Baldwin State Prison in Hardwick, GA. The RN works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, identify, and respond to patients’ medical, mental health, and psychosocial needs.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to obtain required security clearance, including drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, ethical, and patient-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
- Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to security, safety, and infection control protocols
