We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Phillips State Prison, a structured, team-oriented correctional healthcare environment. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor, the RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, and deliver care addressing patients’ medical, mental health, and psychosocial needs in a secure environment. This role is ideal for nurses who value structure, clear protocols, teamwork, and consistency in patient care.
