About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health services throughout Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County, Virginia. If you’re an experienced nurse with strong acute care and wound care skills and you’re looking for a flexible PRN opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Active Virginia Registered Nurse license
- Hands-on acute care experience required
- Hands-on wound care experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Deliver wound care, medication management, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
