About The Position
English Rose is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their premier Residential team. This full-time position involves working 30-40 hours per week, providing overall care management and exceptional, high-quality hands-on care to residents. The RN will also support, train, and coach team members, with strong team-building and mentoring skills being a definite plus. The role includes on-site direct care and supervision during the week, with participation in on-call duties one evening per week and every 4th or 5th weekend. English Rose is known for its innovative, forward-thinking leadership in dementia and senior care, offering both in-home and residential support services.
Requirements
- Current MN RN license in good standing
- Dementia experience is required
- Excellent assessment, verbal and documentation skills required
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Valid MN driver's license
- Reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric patient care preferred
- Experience working with comprehensive licensure or assisted living preferred
- Strong team building and mentoring skills
