Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the physician.
• Perform electronic documentation via a tablet in each patient's home.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations.
