About The Position
DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. DaVita strives to be a community first and a company second. Requirements
- 12 + months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last year
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- Charge RN readiness approval
- ADN ; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Consistent, predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days per week) that include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
- Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
- Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
