About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide exceptional care to residents in a long-term care facility. The role supports residents’ well-being and comfort and works with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans. The position is full-time, with a 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift.

Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents’ health and vital signs and report changes to appropriate medical staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
