About The Position
STAT Home Health is hiring Full-Time and PRN Registered Nurses (RN) in Pearland, TX. The role involves supervising patient care, coordinating all aspects of care, updating the plan of care, completing documentation (Oasis, 485, order submission) in a timely manner, and supervising, orienting, and teaching other clinical personnel as needed. The RN will also assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation.
Requirements
- Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
- Current CPR Certification
- Compassionate and great time management skills
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
Responsibilities
- Supervise patient care
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
- Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
- Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
- Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
