Requirements

• Has a current license by the State Board of Nursing as an RN.
• Able to work intimately with residents, physicians, and staff.
• Capable of working to prescribed nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to residents and make a difference in their lives.
• Responsible for daily nursing operations.
• Administer medication.
• Ensure each resident reaches their highest level of functioning.
• Foster leadership by supervising CNAs, ensuring they provide high-quality care to residents.
