About The Position

Atrium Health One Health at Home is located at 7482 Waterside Crossing Blvd, Denver, NC 28037. This program supports patients in the home setting related to chronic illnesses or an inability to travel to the office. Initially, the program will serve internal medicine patients ages 18 and older, with plans to eventually include OB/GYN patients. The RN must be able to work independently in patients’ homes and be proficient in phlebotomy and IV infusions. Extensive travel is required throughout Lincoln County, with expansion into the Charlotte and Lake Norman regions. The RN will perform patient assessments and coordinate follow-up care with providers and social workers.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Phlebotomy and IV infusion required

Nice To Haves

• 5 Years of RN experience preferred
• Home Health, Labor and Delivery, Mother-Baby, Emergency Room, and/or Urgent Care experience preferred
• Bachelor’s in nursing preferred
