About The Position
Our multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and excellent communication skills. We are a multispecialty ASC performing a wide range of procedures, including: Total Joint Replacement, Sports Orthopedics, Orthopedic Hand Surgery, Gynecology, General Surgery, Pain Management. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Current certification in BLS required
- IV therapy proficiency (essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior Preoperative and Postoperative Care, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), and Endoscopy procedures experience preferred
- BSN preferred
- Familiarity with hybrid EMR systems; EPIC experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
