About The Position
Join our specialized rehabilitation unit, where you'll care for patients with complex medical needs—similar to a neuro or med-surg unit. You’ll be part of a highly experienced team of tenured RNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional care. You’ll have the daily support of Nursing Assistants and a dedicated Nursing Supervisor. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our inpatient rehabilitation unit, you’ll provide direct patient care and serve as a key member of both the nursing and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll apply the nursing process—systematically assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care—to help restore and maintain each patient’s physical and psychological health, while supporting their personal goals. You’ll also serve as an educator to patients, families, and fellow team members, promoting understanding and empowerment throughout the recovery journey. You’ll collaborate with nursing and therapy professionals, physicians, case managers, and a wide range of support staff to meet each patient’s medical, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Certified BLS completion and maintenance required; for new hires, see CPR Requirement Guidelines for New Hires.
Nice To Haves
- BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
- Previous rehabilitation or hospital experience preferred.
