About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health services in Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, and surrounding New River Valley communities. This is a flexible PRN opportunity where you can create your own schedule and provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
Requirements
- Active Virginia Registered Nurse license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, medication management, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
