About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is looking for a full-time RN (0.9 FTE) for the Family Medicine Clinic - La Crosse, WI. This is your opportunity to do the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region. Practice Love+Medicine by performing Nurse Managed Hypertension Management visits & Telephone Triage. Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin up hire, IA and MN RN licensure within 3 months of hire
• New graduate and experienced RNs are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Fulfill 72 hours per two weeks=0.9 FTE
• Work Monday-Friday between 8am and 4:30pm, occasional coverage until 5pm (rotating days off)
• Practice Love+Medicine by performing Nurse Managed Hypertension Management visits & Telephone Triage
