Registered Nurse (RN) - Atrium Health Concord Internal Medicine Outpatient FT
About The Position
This is a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position at Concord Internal Medicine, located in Concord, NC. The clinic provides comprehensive adult primary care focused on prevention, wellness, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. Services include annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, immunizations, same-day sick visits, chronic disease management, laboratory services, select IV infusion therapies, and support from in-house PharmD specialists. The ideal candidate is dedicated, experienced, and demonstrates a strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Outpatient experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred
Responsibilities
- Support patient triage and clinic flow (patient messages and calls).
- Assist with medication prior authorizations and insurance approvals.
- Conduct RN visits, infusions, injections, and blood pressure checks.
- Partner with MDs and APPs to provide comprehensive patient care.
