About The Position
St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community located in Hazel Green, WI, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team. The community offers long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults in a peaceful and supportive environment. They are looking for individuals passionate about caring for older adults, who lead with compassion, empathy, and professionalism, and thrive in a collaborative, relationship-based, person-centered care setting. The role involves delivering high-quality care, performing resident assessments, administering medications, collaborating with team members, and ensuring residents' well-being.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Performing resident assessments and developing care plans
- Administering and monitoring medications and treatments
- Providing clinical oversight and nursing interventions
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and psycho social well-being
- Ensuring exceptional, compassionate care that honors each resident's dignity and individuality
