About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident/family satisfaction. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Your role will include managing resident care and directing nursing activities during your assigned shift, which involves staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
A fire and passion for working with seniors
