About The Position
The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our PM Shift in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The Registered Nurse works in our skilled nursing home and is responsible for identifying, providing for, and accepting responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin or actively pursuing RN degree.
- Active CPR certification.
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, providing for, and accepting responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs.
- Performing all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, and documentation.
- Ensuring the provision of person centered care.
