About The Position

This is a part-time, remote position for a Registered Nurse (RN) at LumiCare, a member of the Merakey family of companies. The role involves providing telehealth support to contracted provider partners by assessing health-related concerns, delivering clinical guidance, and facilitating timely care recommendations. The position is open to individuals residing in OH, DE, PA, TX, TN, LA, FL, VA. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay is $30.01 per hour plus a $3.00 shift differential for weekend and second shifts.

Requirements

• Active RN Compact License.
• Must reside in Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Florida, or Virginia.
• Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care setting within the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• IDD group home experience preferred.
• Additional RN licenses as determined by Lumicare.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patient health concerns, determining the appropriate level of care and intervention.
• Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address patient needs and provide nursing guidance.
• Monitor remote patient support and monitoring systems, reviewing vital sign data and compliance alerts.
• Advise the customer or their support team on actions to take for vital sign or compliance alerts.
• Respond to symptom-based inquiries, injuries, and general health questions using approved clinical software, nursing protocols, and guideline resources.
• Document patient interactions and recommendations accurately and in accordance with organizational standards.
