About The Position
Independence Plus is expanding its specialized home nursing division and is hiring Registered Nurses (RN). Our nurses become trained specialists in caring for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, many with rare diagnoses. You will learn ventilator skills that will give you an edge for the rest of your career, all while being supported by a dedicated team that wants to see YOU succeed and YOUR patient thrive. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a big difference in the lives of our patients with one-on-one home healthcare. Nurses are paid for clinical and ventilator training upon completion of their first independent shift and scheduling of an additional two shifts.
Requirements
- Current IL Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized home nursing care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients.
- Learn and utilize ventilator skills.
- Provide one-on-one home healthcare.
- Participate in clinical and ventilator training.
