About The Position
This position is Mon-Friday from 7:30-4:30. Serving the teammates, spouses and dependents of Advocate Health. The RN is responsible for completing registration task, rooming patients, performing lab draws, administering vaccines, performing occupational medicine task (drug testing, breath alcohol testing). Other responsibilities include maintaining clinic inventory and ordering both clinical and office supplies. Maintaining the lab manuals including daily temperature, humidity and performing required daily, weekly and monthly QC on lab devices.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of RN experience
- Prior ambulatory care experience preferred
- Strong teamwork approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently
