Registered Nurse, RN | Family Medicine, Sparta | 0.8 FTE
About The Position
As a RN at Sparta Family Medicine Clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting patient care for individuals and families across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics. Family Medicine offers the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while caring for a broad range of needs, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and patient education. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with providers and care team members to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive clinic environment. Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin up hire
- New graduate and experienced RNs are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities
- Fulfill 64 hours per two weeks=0.8 FTE
- Work Monday-Friday between 7:45 and 4:30pm (45 minutes for lunch!), occasional coverage until 5pm on a scheduled basis
- Practice Love+Medicine by performing telephone triage (phone and in-person), quality work with hypertension & diabetes, wound care, INR management & Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
