Renaissance Terrace is looking for a Contract Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Must be available to work Holidays
- Required to work at least one weekend per month
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assistance with activities of daily living, according to physician orders and individual care plans.
- Monitor residents through regular rounds to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and supervisors regarding changes in resident conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records throughout each shift.
- Follow professional nursing standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
