About The Position

Clinical Leadership & Excellence at Lone Tree Post Acute Are you a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a stable, full-time night shift role where you can lead a clinical team? Lone Tree Post Acute is seeking a dedicated RN to supervise our nursing activities during the NOC Shift. We are committed to providing the highest degree of quality care, and we need a clinical leader to ensure excellence throughout the night.

Requirements

Must possess a valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage a clinical team independently.
Solid understanding of post-acute care regulations and best practices.
Clear verbal and written communication skills to ensure seamless shift hand-offs.
A commitment to the full-time NOC shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty, ensuring all care meets federal, state, and local standards.
Work closely with the DON and ADON to implement and maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
Lead and support the CNA and LVN staff, providing guidance and intervention in clinical situations as they arise.
Monitor resident conditions throughout the night, ensuring all treatments and medications are administered with precision.
Ensure all nursing activities are documented accurately and are in full accordance with facility policies and government regulations.
