Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- The RN charge nurse is responsible for the overall care of the residents within the household.
- He/she assesses human response and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care.
- He/she is responsible for all associated and clinical activities, participating in staff and resident scheduling, and assists, in the supervision and counseling of Nurse Aides, Resident Coordinators, or Resident Assistants.
- Always functions within the limit of the Pennsylvania State Professional Standards Title 49 Chapter.
Benefits
- Casual rates starting at $38 per hour.
- $1,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).
