Requirements

Education: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing or baccalaureate program required
Current licensure as a Registered nurse thorough the State of Arizona.
Experience: Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
Must be certified in CPR upon hire and bi-annually thereafter and must possess or obtain and be able to perform Handle With Care within 30 days of hire and re-certify as needed.
Must complete all required mandatory in-services annually.
Must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain.
Must be tested for Tuberculosis with a PPD skin test or chest x-ray upon hire and as required thereafter.
