About The Position

The Float RN provides clinical and operational support across all sites, partnering closely with physicians to deliver personalized, relationship-based care and coordinate services, including patient access to wellness resources as a premium perk. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in an autonomous ambulatory setting and ready to deliver a personalized patient experience. Office hours are traditional Monday-Friday 8-5 no weekends, call, or after hours. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of RN and ambulatory experience preferred.
  • BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

  • PRN; weekdays no weekends. Floats between Executive Health and Concierge practices in the Greater Charlotte Market.
